This privacy policy regulates the processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the website www.mindthelaw.es, the controller of which is Mind The Law. However, Mind The Law reserves the right to alter the presentation, modification and configuration of the website contents.

What will we use your data for? No personal information identifying visitors to our website is automatically recorded by the mere fact of visiting our website. Nevertheless, the use of certain communications addressed to Mind The Law, such as the contact form, are subject to prior registration, for which certain personal data may be requested. The fields marked for completion on the data collection forms are mandatory, so if you do not provide the corresponding data Mind The Law may refuse to provide the service.

The information provided on the website forms must be true. The user guarantees the authentication of all the information provided and is exclusively liable for any false or inaccurate statements made and the losses caused to Mind The Law or third parties by the information provided. The legal basis of the processing of these data is the consent and they will be stored throughout the duration of the commercial or contractual relationship, as the case may be, or for the time stipulated in law.

We will not disclose or transfer your data without your prior consent, unless we have a legal obligation to do so.

Mind The Law cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of the systems, so we accept no liability for any damages deriving from alterations caused by third parties in the computer systems or documents.

The data obtained through the website form will be incorporated in our internal register for the processing of Website Users, the legal basis of which is your consent. You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection, by sending your request by e-mail to info@mindthelaw.es or by ordinary post to Calle Monte Esquinza 46, 1ºDcha, 28010 Madrid. The request must contain your name and surnames, an address for notices, a copy of your identity card and the specific right you wish to exercise.

BULLETIN AND ELECTRONIC COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS: There is an option on the website form for subscribing to electronic commercial communications, which means receiving e-mails containing information that might be relevant. The consent for receiving those e-mails can be revoked at any time by sending an e-mail to info@mindthelaw.es.

COOKIES and IPS: Mind The Law does not use spamming techniques and will only process the data provided on the website forms or in e-mail messages.
